M3

I have to go to medieval times again. This is the last mission for medieval times. As I got to Europe a coboodle of people are watching a play that looked similair to those mystery plays my parents used to take me to. "Come to thy mystery play", a fool said."No thanks", I said feeling angry."Why is that", the fool said."My parents were clergyman", I said. "Great you're perfect for the next play we're doing", the fool said. "I'll think about it", I said while walking away. While going inside my home, I was thinking about my parents.

When I was a kid I felt poised when I was with my parents. Lots of people didn't know us, we were like "The Waltons go to Birmingham" The weird Waltons, yep that's us. I bring this up because my parents were performers. Dad always said "Making stew and putting ingredients together is just like the world putting different cultures and religions together. My parents performed in mystery plays. Mystery play are acting out bible stories. Clergyman are the actors in the mystery plays. The haunted part of my life is people at school laughed at me for being in plays. It wasn't the coolest job ever in Harrison High. Why bother being a performer like my parents.

Thinking back about my parents and remembering how happy they were when they did mystery plays. I realized that I'm just being stupid and thinking about myself. Doing a mystery play is a great idea. "I'll do it", I said to the fool. "Great" the fool said. "The play is about the birth of Jesus", said the fool. "And you will be the mother of Jesus" he said.

Mystery plays would include stories like "The Birth of Jesus", "The Wise Men" and "The Fight into Egypt". There were four or five short mystery plays in each presentation. Each presentation was broken up and staged all over town. The audience moved stage to stage. It was our turn to present the Birth of Jesus.

When the cast and I were done presenting the audience clamor showed me how much they loved it. My parents would have been proud of me. I would always try to dissuade myself into not doing mystery plays, but having something that makes my parents feel happy is great.
